Manufacturing Method of Zinc Oxide- French Process

Following the strict quality control procedures, we manufacture Zinc Oxide (White Seal and Gold Seal) using French Process (Direct Process) with capacity of over 10000 Metric Tons Per Annum using hi-tech and latest equipment. Under the process, raw zinc is sourced and melted in Crucibles installed in Furnaces. In the melting process crucibles containing Raw Ingots are heated using Furnace oil and burner at Approx 1000 Degree Celsius. Using Blowers heated Zinc compound are sucked in to Cooling bags where the matter is exposed to Oxygen and cooled thus forming Whitish Powder like appearance and finally collected in collection tanks. After collection Zinc Powder in tanks the are segregated in to different grades as specification of Customer and then they are packed in HDPE Bags of sizes 25 Kg and 1000 Kg Jumbo bags required by our prestigious customers.
